Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the daily operations of a nursery room.

* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

* Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.

* Observe, track, and report on each child's development.

Requirements:

* Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.

* Proven experience in a nursery setting.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.
