Position: Lead Electronics Engineer

Location: Cambridgeshire

The Company: Our Client, an innovative dynamic passionate reliable collaborator for public safety users and commercial customers, my client excels in adapting to the evolving landscape of the Voice Communication Sector.

Owing to ongoing expansion, they are now in need of a Lead Electronics Engineer (RF) to manage the RF Electronics Development Team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in RF electronics design, leadership or mentorship experience within a technical team, a penchant for problem-solving, and outstanding communication skills.

The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:

* A HNC/D / Degree in Electronics Engineering / Telecommunication or be a Time Served Engineer with relevant experience

* A strong foundation in electronics engineering principles, project management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team

* Experience in RF design and development, preferably in the telecommunications or critical communications industry.

The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of between £75,000 to £85,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects (including Relocation Assistance), an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
