Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Improver in Waltham Cross. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical work, complemented by hands-on experience with both hand tools and power tools. This role is essential for supporting our electrical projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Collaborate with senior electricians to learn best practices and improve skills.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment to identify issues or areas for improvement.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Document work performed and report any significant findings or concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an electrical role is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
IPAF ticket essential.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
