We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant schools in Attleborough, Norfolk. As a CS your primary focus will be supporting classroom activities and contributing to creating an overall positive and productive learning environment. Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

Secondary Cover Supervisors to provide general cover in a number of schools throughout the area.

You will supervise pupils carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence.

The cover supervisor’s main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set.

This is on a daily supply basis, working from 1 day a week, up to 5 days a week depending on your availability.

The schools range from small schools through to larger than average schools.

Requirements for the Cover Supervisor:

Hold experience working with children as a Cover Supervisor or in another capacity

Interested in either a full time or part-time positions or ad-hoc supply days

Confident covering secondary school key stages in a supervisory capacity

Interested in volunteering as a Cover Supervisor, shadowing other staff members in schools to gain experience.
