IT Deployment Engineer (Contract Role)
Are you skilled in Windows upgrades and device deployments? We’re seeking an IT Deployment Engineer to join a project upgrading devices and replacing hardware.
Location: Cumbria
Duration: 3 month contract position
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11, resolving software issues that arise during manual intervention.
* Replace laptops and PCs according to a structured schedule.
* Prepare devices for deployment and assist the wider team in UK-wide upgrades.
* Collaborate closely with the deployment team, reporting to the Project Manager.
Tools:
* Microsoft Config Manager for building and deploying Windows environments.
