Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Salary: Up to circa £45K
Location: Llanelli Hybrid flexible working.
Hours: Full time.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
* Manage conveyancing processes for freehold and leasehold properties
* Facilitate property transfers related to gifts, divorce, and equity
* Maintain communication with clients to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
* Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence, including property searches and title investigations.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth communication throughout the transaction process
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices.

Required experience:
* A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
