Are you ready to make a difference in a vibrant and dynamic primary school setting? Long Term Futures is seeking an experienced and proactive Primary Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming school in Lambeth, SW2 (Brixton). This role focuses on providing 1:1 support and mentoring to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your Role in the School:

Provide consistent and tailored 1:1 mentoring to students with SEN, addressing behavioural and emotional challenges
Work closely with teaching staff to implement personalised learning and behaviour strategies
Actively promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment that celebrates progress and positive behaviour
Support the planning and delivery of activities and initiatives aimed at fostering personal and social growthWhat Makes This School Special?

Previous experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary school or specialist setting
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting children with behavioural and emotional challenges
Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Confidence in implementing and adapting behaviour management strategiesDetails You Need to Know:

Full-time role, Monday to Friday
Paid up to £105 per day, term time only
Based in Lambeth (SW2, Brixton), with excellent transport links
