JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor

THE ROLE:

This thriving Northamptonshire practice is looking to recruit the next generation of leaders to join their highly accomplished team. Working with an impressive client base on domestic and international employment matters, the successful employment lawyer will enjoy working as part of a cohesive team striving towards shared goals.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is well suited to a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with at least 8 years PQE within employment law. You are likely to have gained your experience within a nationally recognised practice, or within a similar boutique firm. Experience in international employment law would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be given.
A good understanding of priorities and meticulous attention to detail will enable you to provide excellent levels of client care across this enviable client base. A flair for business development and networking will aid you in your ability to thrive in this role. The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, your enviable skills will allow you to quickly become a key member of this team. The appointed legal professional will be self-driven and compassionate, with the ability to support the team effectively and confidently.
