Academics are working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Chelmsford, Essex. They have a vacancy for an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join them as soon as possible.

Within this role, you will be working with a child in reception class. They have been diagnosed ADHD and can be a little bit defiant but also extremely sweet and polite. They need help staying on task and completing her learning objectives.

This is a great position with an outstanding school for a dedicated graduate or an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career TA, aspiring teacher, educational psychologist or speech and language therapist to thrive in the early stages of your career.

Key responsibilities within the role:

Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
Building and maintaining successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration
Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
Ensure that every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute toWhy work for us?
