Multiskilled Maintenance Lead (Grimsby Hull)
Are you an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Lead seeking a permanent opportunity, happy to be based onshore with offshore visits? We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record of leading technical teams to maintain, repair, and fault-find on a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment to the highest standards.
Due to the location of this position it is essential you reside in the North East area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services in line with vendor manuals and client specifications.
* Review daily reports and maintain consistent communication with remote service delivery technicians and vendors to monitor progress and performance.
* Conduct regular productivity and progress reviews with senior management, providing practical solutions to issues as they arise.
* Identify, plan, and execute safe, cost-effective, and efficient resolutions for corrective maintenance requirements.
* Ensure timely reporting of potential issues to the coordination team, complete with visual documentation, in line with KPI requirements.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience (18th Edition) at a supervisory or management level.
* Possession of Full GWO certification, BOSIET, and a valid medical certificate.
* Full UK driving license.
* Minimum Level 3 technical certification, including Level 3 testing and inspection certification.
* Proven ability to make confident decisions while knowing when to escalate issues to senior management.
* A strong commitment to Health & Safety, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team.
* Capable of managing high workloads, prioritizing tasks, and thriving in a pressured environment.
* A willingness to develop and train, including pursuing formal qualifications to support multidiscipline activities.
