HLTA / Unqualifed Teacher

Overview:
Are you a HLTA or Unqualified Teacher looking for a dynamic new teaching role in an excellent primary school in Letchworth.

Do you enjoy leading classes and are looking to progress you career?

This school are seeking an enthusiastic HLTA / Unqualified Teacher who can bring passion and energy to a small class of 9 students in Key Stage 2 with different SEN and Emotional needs.

You will be expected to deliver high quality lessons to a diverse group of students, helping them maintain focus and continue their development.

This role is for the rest of the academic year initally with a view to extending.

Experience as a HLTA/Unqualified Teacher necessary, and experience with SEN Students is prefered.

You will need to:

* Work as a HLTA/Unqualified Teacher by planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.

* Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.

* Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and school leadership to enhance the educational experience.

* Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to child protection and safeguarding.

* Within your role as a HLTA/Unqualified teacher you will need to follow the Herts Therapeutic Think Approach.

Qualifications

* Experience as a HLTA/Unqualified Teacher

* Level 2 or Level 3 in Education

* Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and knowledge of managing SEN Students

* Confidence in maintaining a good code of behaviour.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to inspire and motivate students
