Job Title: Telesales Advisor 
 
Location: South Yorkshire - Home/Office based

Salary: up to £32,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:

Utilising telesales, networking and social media to engage with employers and learners and promote our client’s training provision of Apprenticeships, Commercial and Funded Training.
Engage with employers to identifying training needs and secure appointments for the sales team to visit and discuss our client’s portfolio of training available.
Identify learning and development opportunities to support employers achieve their business goals and training needs.
Recruit learners onto training programmes and create networking links to generate learner referrals.
Manage own daily output using our client’s internal CRM system.
Work to achieve and exceed agreed monthly targets.
Ensuring compliance of paperwork against funding/business requirements.
At all times demonstrate the ability to handle calls in a professional manner and provide an excellent customer experience.Essential Criteria:

Must have experience of working within a telesales role, ideally within the training sector.
Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
Hold own Functional Skills in Maths and English at Level 2 (or GCSE equivalents).
Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
Confident, friendly and professional manner, who is willing to learn.
Ability to negotiate and overcome objections.Please note:
