What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking motivated team players with strong communication skills who are ready to grow in a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates should have:

Basic maths and English skills

Problem-solving abilities, great hand-eye coordination, and a steady hand

Physical fitness for manual tasks

Flexibility to work rotating shifts

Reliable transport to Dorking without using public transport

Shift Patterns: The welding team follows a rotating shift schedule, so reliable, independent transport is essential:

Early Shift: 05:45 – 13:45

Late Shift: 14:15 – 22:15
