Our superb client based in Bourne is seeking a temporary Accounts Clerk to join them for a period of 6-8 months to cover for a period of maternity leave, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
As Accounts Clerk, you will support the finance manager and team with sales ledger, purchase ledger, statement reconciliation, credit control, dealing with queries and problem solving. The team are also responsible for answering all incoming calls in to the business so you will support in taking incoming calls and transferring / taking messages, postal duties, filing and other ad hoc duties.
To be considered for the role of Accounts Clerk, you must be available to commence employment within a week following possible interview, you must be able to commit to the duration of the contract, you will have sales and purchase ledger experience and experience of using Sage. You will also need you own transport as slightly remote location not serviced by buses. You will have excellent attention to detail and be PC literate in MS Office.
In return, our client is offering £12.00ph (£25,000 equivalent, the chance to work in a busy and friendly working environment, auto enrolment pension after 3 months, onsite parking.
