We are currently looking for a highly organised and motivated Junior Project Manager to support the ongoing delivery of our automotive projects. This role is an excellent next step for a strong Project Administrator or Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Track daily project progress against budget

Provide reliable and detailed reports to the team

Maintain records and databases accurately

Assist with budget allocation

Ensure compliance with Expleo Business Processes

Raise Purchase Orders and match payments

Follow up on outstanding invoices

Check and follow up on Engineer timesheets

Provide full lifecycle project administration to support a busy engineering team

Essential Skills:

Proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail

Detailed knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Strong administrative background

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Desired Skills:

Project Management qualifications such as APM or Prince 2 are advantageous but not essential
