FT Recruitment are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our clients growing team in Hinckley.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

* Experienced sales professional with motor finance experience.

* Highly competent enquiry manager.

* Able to identify and present funding solutions to customers and stakeholders within the business.

* Professional telephone manner, able to build rapport and trust quickly.

* Ability to build value in a proposition.

Duties:

* Manage a portfolio of leads to ensure adequate conversion and support the companies sales process with regards to F&I.

* Liaising with a panel of lenders, developing a robust knowledge of their policies and systems.

* Becoming a “go to person” for motor finance expertise.
