We’re looking for passionate leaders to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) at Northamptonshire Children’s Trust This is an incredible chance to be part of our journey as we transform services for children and families across the county. Join us in making a difference

Service Manager - MASH: Lead multiple Team Managers and drive service quality. This strategic role is all about planning, performance management, and ensuring every child’s voice is heard.

Team Manager - MASH: Guide a team of skilled Senior Social Workers and MASH Officers, ensuring workloads are managed effectively and performance goals are met. Perfect for experienced leaders eager to develop a high-performing team.

Your Responsibilities 📝

For Both Roles:

* Champion child-centered approaches in partnership with agencies to assess risks and prioritize child safety.

* Inspire and guide your teams, ensuring a responsive, effective MASH service.

Service Manager Highlights:

* Oversee multiple teams and direct quality standards for all referrals.

* Lead service planning and performance management.

Team Manager Highlights:

* Lead and develop a close-knit team to achieve targets and objectives.

* Address team needs through coaching and support.

About You 👩‍💼👨‍💼

Service Manager:

* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, experienced in statutory social care and multi-agency work.

* Level 5 NVQ in Management (or equivalent), with strong service planning and leadership skills. Driving licence required.

Team Manager:

* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.

* Leadership experience, Level 5 NVQ, and skills in team development, budget management, and ICT.

Both roles require enhanced DBS clearance and fluent English.
