Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Remuneration: This role is a self-employed trainee position. You will receive a retainer for the early months and a high commission split thereafter. Uncapped commission and and opportunity to be earning over 45K in your first year. You must have CeMAP qualification to apply for this role.

Location: Dronfield

Trainee Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

Recording and updating the lead enquiries on our database
Conducting fact finds
Emailing a confirmation of appointment to the client
Liaising with the mortgage lender, client, valuer and solicitor and keeping the mortgage advisor informed
Learning from the Mortgage Advisors and widening their knowledge and skills
Taking daily direction and guidance from the Mortgage AdvisorsRequirements to become a Trainee Mortgage Advisor;

CeMAP is essential, only apply if you have this qualification
Mortgage or financial experience preferred but not essential
You must be able to commute to Dronfield as you will be based in an office at least 3 days a week.Benefits you will receive as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor;
