Job role: Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager

Salary: £38,(Apply online only)-£40,(Apply online only) (OTE £45,(Apply online only)+)
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Hours: 7.30-17.00 Mon to Thurs, 12.00 finish Friday
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The responsibilities:

Controlling the introduction of new products and processes from a QSHE standpoint through implementing either new product development or a cost saving route.
Ensuring health & safety procedures are upkept across the site to ensure employee safety
Work to ISO 9001 regulation standards alongside work to of be trained in NEBOSH
Respond & Liaise surrounding customer complaints to find the cause & implement new measure to ensure the issue is fixed
Implementing Quality Assurance Tools
Reduce waste, utilise renewable materials & energy.
The Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ worth of experience working as a quality engineer or QSHE manager within a manufacturing environment.
A good understanding of complying with various manufacturing frameworks (ISO 9001, 4(Apply online only)1 etc)
Experience in reducing the impact of the business on the environment (waste, energy, renewable materials etc)
Full UK Drivers Licence
