Recruitment Account Manager

We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join one of the UK’s leading Temporary Recruitment Providers.

Main responsibilities for the successful Recruitment Account Manager:

* Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the temporary workforce management.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

* Developing and growing a pipeline of quality candidates through proactive sourcing, job advertising, and networking.

* Meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

* Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win scenario.

* Providing exceptional customer service and acting as the key point of contact for both clients and candidates.

* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary roles, including client management, candidate sourcing, and placements.

* Performing other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation. This may include assisting with recruitment efforts, participating in training programs, or supporting other departments as needed.

Main requirement for the successful Recruitment Account Manager:

* Previous Experience in Recruitment or Sales is highly desirable but not essential.

* A self-starter with a hunger to succeed and the resilience to overcome challenges.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building lasting relationships.

* Manage multiple clients and candidates with efficiency and attention to detail.

* Thrive in a collaborative environment but also capable of working independently.

* Be a decision maker, able to prioritise and work under pressure.

* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
