They are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow into a key role within their aftersales support team.

Key Responsibilities of an Automotive Receptionist:
Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone
Assist with the coordination of vehicle servicing and repairs
Communicate with customers about vehicle updates, repairs, and additional work required
Handle inbound customer inquiries and manage call-backs
Assist with parts ordering, vehicle check-out preparation, and customer follow-up
Support the team with complaint resolution and administrative tasksRequirements for this Automotive Receptionist role:
A customer-focused individual 
Motor Trade Experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Enthusiasm for the automotive industry
