Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education and support to students with diverse needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver differentiated lessons and activities to meet the individual needs of students with SEND and complex needs.
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, valued, and respected.
* Collaborate with other staff members, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students.
* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and their families.
* Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and motivate students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience working with students with SEND and complex needs, preferably in a school or educational setting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
