* Keep records up to date and organized.
* Answer queries from the public or staff, and direct them to the right department.
* Provide basic information when needed.
* Scheduling and Meetings:
* Take meeting notes and follow up on actions.
* Update and manage data in systems.
* Help prepare reports and data for team use.
* Help with processing invoices and purchase orders.
* Keep track of budgets and expenses.
* Support project teams with paperwork and planning.
* Track project progress and deadlines.
* Ensure tasks are done according to council policies.
* Help implement new procedures or improvements.
* Assist managers and staff with various tasks.
* Arrange travel and meetings for senior staff.
* Help send out communications to staff or the public.
* Work with other departments to share information.
* Assist with using and improving office systems or software.
* Help staff with new tools or training.
Hours per week : 35
Start time : 9:00AM
End time : 5:00PM
