Vox Consultants are hiring for a Social Worker to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.
Please do not apply for this role if you do not have a valid Right to Work in the UK, are not a Qualified Social Worker and not registered to Social Work England.
You will be:
Joining the Adult Integrated Hospital Discharge Team; your role will be to:
Cover intermediate care bed-based discharge work.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive a safe and timely discharge.
Completing assessments and ensuring a care plan is in place.Benefits of the role:

Flexible working arrangements.Essentials:
A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed.
The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within Adult Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within an Adult Hospital Discharge Team.
Registered to Social Work England.
