Daily Supply Teaching Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Daily Supply Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across the Croydon Borough. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a variety of settings, including Early Years, Key Stages 1 and 2, and Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to teachers and pupils in a classroom setting.
Assist with learning activities, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum.
Work in different schools and year groups, adapting to varied environments and needs.
Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, on a one-to-one or group basis.
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to working in different environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils and staff.
A willingness to support a range of needs, including SEN, as required.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
