Robinwood is an award-winning provider of residential outdoor activity courses for primary schools.
We are looking for fun and outgoing people to work as Group Leaders (Activity Instructors) at our centre near Alston, starting January 2025.
Starting salary is £12.90 per hour (£24,149 per annum on a 36 hour per week contract), increasing with time served and responsibility.
Plus £1200 relocation allowance, if moving to the area.
Group Leading at Robinwood is more than being an outdoor activity instructor. Our Group Leaders use themed and adventurous activities to develop children over a three-day course.
In short, you’ll be giving children memories that could last a lifetime and developing skills to help them at the KS2 level and beyond.

Whether staying as a Group Leader, moving up to senior positions or moving into a different career. Being a Robinwood Group Leader will provide you with skills that will last you a lifetime.
