Process Operator Apprentice | 18 months | £8.60 per hour

As a Process Operator Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while working towards a Level 2 qualification in Food & Drink Process Operating. You'll be encouraged to take initiative, collaborate effectively as part of a team, and adopt a "right first time" mindset.

In this role, you'll assist the process team responsible for managing bulk products, process plants, and systems. You'll gain hands-on experience in how process operations meet safety standards, ensure product quality, control costs, and maintain excellent customer service, while providing support where needed.

Once qualified the current salary for a Process Operator is over £36,000The Key Requirements

5 GCSEs at grade A*- C / 9-4 including Maths & English
Must be aged 18 years or over - due to the role involving contact with alcohol there is a risk assessment in place Encirc produces up to three billion glass bottles and containers each year, many of which you will find in your homes.
