Junior Biomedical Engineer (12 Months FTC)
Salary - £30,000 - £32,000
Location - (North West London)

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Junior Biomedical Engineer to handle on-site maintenance, repairs, and asset management of medical devices at a specified hospital. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues to ensure outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on medical equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.
Assist in meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Manage administrative tasks related to maintenance and repairs.
Travel to various sites for maintenance as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols within the hospital.
Maintain service documentation and manage spare parts inventory.
Collaborate with OEM service personnel when required.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential: Certified OEM training, degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Biomedical Technology (preferred)
Skills: Strong customer relationship management, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, high integrity.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the UK on medical equipment maintenance in the UK, knowledge of regulatory standards.
