Job Opportunity: Internal Account Manager

Location: Kirkcaldy, Scotland
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

We’re looking for an Internal Account Manager to join our clients dynamic team. This role focuses on managing existing customer relationships while identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the Builders, Electrical, and Fixings (BEF) industries. You’ll play a critical role in driving profitable growth.

Your Role:

Product Promotion: Promote our superior products to secure orders and customer loyalty.

Strategic Planning: Prepare and present a monthly SOAP (Strategy on a Page) to guide efforts and align goals.

CRM Management: Keep the CRM system up-to-date with all customer interactions.

Market Insights: Collect customer feedback and competitor intelligence to refine strategies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies
