My client based just outside of Lincoln City Centre, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Salesperson to join there team. This role is temporary over the seasonal period and will be contracted up until the end of the year. Due to the nature of this role, only applicants who are available to work monday-friday until the new year will be considered for the role. There will also be one weekend day that you will be expected to work in your contract.

Hourly Rate: £13 per hour with uncapped bonus scheme

Shifts: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30 with a 30 minute unpaid break. One weekend day is required for this position as well. This will be confirmed in due course.

Duties:

- Have a detailed understanding of the products and pricing.
- Calling new and existing customers to drive sales and schedule follow up calls.
- Making sure to achieve sales targets set out by your line manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service both verbally and written.
- Use MS Office and CRM software to accurately record and update information.
- Use B2B communication skills to consult with business when supplying for corporate events.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (minimum 1 year)
- Strong knowledge of use of MS Office, especially Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work on an immediate basis with no holidays booked until the 31st December 2024 (essential)
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Previous B2B experience is desirable, but not essential.
