The Role:

My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Court Team Manager to lead our team through this period of transformation.

You will play a pivotal role in driving positive change, managing complex cases, and ensuring that our court-related processes meet the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader who is passionate about safeguarding and improving the lives of vulnerable children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Court Team to deliver high-quality, child-centered services in line with statutory guidelines and best practices.
Oversee complex child protection cases, care proceedings, and court work, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, focusing on achieving positive outcomes for children and families.
Provide expert guidance, supervision, and support to social workers and team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including courts, legal representatives, and external agencies.
Monitor performance and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A degree in Social Work (or equivalent) and registration with Social Work England.
Extensive experience in child protection, court proceedings, and managing complex cases.
Proven leadership experience in a social work setting, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child protection and court work.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
A commitment to delivering high-quality services and driving continuous improvement.
