Position: Graduate Planner (Construction)

Location: Essex

Salary: £35,000 - £,000 + Package

We are currently seeking a Graduate Planner / Assistant Planner for a recognised Leading Residential Contractor/Developer specialising in major projects.

Company Overview: Our client is a leading Contractor/Developer specialising in new build residential contracts typically between 400 – 5000 units in London. They have an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality projects on time and budget and are regularly being awarded Large Housebuilder of the year, First Time Buyer Readers’ Award and a number of WhatHouse? Awards.

Project: Our client are working on a multi-phased scheme in Dagenham consisting of high-rise RC frame apartments which in total will deliver 4000 units over 15 years.

Position: Due to growth and workload, they currently have a need for a Graduate Planner / Assistant Planner.

The position will involve supporting the Planning team marking up programs, short term programming and producing schedules on excel. Our client uses Asta.

This role will be split 3 days on site and 2 days in head office in Essex.

Individual: The successful individual will ideally have 1-2 years experience in planning although our client is happy to consider a recent Graduate.

Our client is seeking a confident and driven candidate who is able to self-motivate.

A driving licence will be necessary due to location of project.

In return, an excellent salary is on offer with a full package and bonus.
