Are you an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) passionate about making a positive impact in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) settings? Simply Education is seeking an enthusiastic ECT to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

As an ECT Teacher within our SEND and SEMH setting, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons, implementing individualized learning plans, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEND and SEMH requirements.
Utilize creative teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active participation in learning activities.
Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching approaches to support student development.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to ensure the holistic well-being and academic progress of students.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behaviour, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
Passion for working with students with SEND and SEMH needs, with a commitment to promoting inclusive education.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students and create a positive learning environment.
Flexibility to work across different SEND and SEMH settings within Cheshire.
