Location: Andover, Hampshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00/Friday: 08:30 – 15:30
Salary: £24,224.20 (with a review after successful completion of training and sign-off)

About the Role:
Actio Recruitment is assisting our successful electronics client in Andover with their search for a PCB Inspector. This full-time, permanent position involves completing the test and inspection of customer PCB products using automated test equipment and visual inspection techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Test and inspect customer PCB products.
• Operate a range using AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection), FPT (Flying Probe Test), QUINS (Quality Inspection Systems) and X-Ray equipment.
• Calibration and general maintenance of equipment used in the Inspection work area.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

Requirements:
• Experience with PCB inspection or a similar role is beneficial.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
