The client, a s a town planning consultancy located in Exeter, offering a broad range of services to guide clients through the complexities of planning applications, is looking for a Graduate Town Planner to join the team Their expertise spans residential, commercial, rural, and heritage projects, providing support with applications, policy compliance, appeals, and listed building consents.

This is a great opportunity for the successful Graduate Town Planner to kick-start their career and gain industry experience, whilst been supported by sector leading professionals on exciting projects.

The Position of a Graduate Town Planner

As a Graduate Town Planner, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects, from residential and commercial developments to infrastructure planning. You'll be mentored by senior planners, developing your skills in planning policy, site appraisals, and project management, while contributing to innovative and sustainable urban planning solutions.

Degree or higher in relevant subject with desire or chartered status with RTPI
A highly motivated commercial approach, with ability to work as part of and lead a team.
Have strong research, analytical skills, and reporting skills.
Be proactive and professional individual.Interested?
