Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Orthodontic Nurse to join our team Traveling to schools and doing check-ups on children 2 to 3 days a week. The Orthodontic Nurse will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our children and supporting our orthodontic team.

Responsibilities

* Assist with procedures and orthodontic treatments

* Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper care of orthodontic appliances

* Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for orthodontic procedures

* Take and develop orthodontic X-rays as needed

* Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation

* Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure a comfortable and positive experience for patients

Qualifications

* Certification as a Dental Nurse or Orthodontic Nurse

* Strong knowledge of dental care and orthodontic procedures

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Empathetic and caring attitude towards patients

* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills_

Day-to-day

As an Orthodontic Nurse, you will work closely with the team to provide exceptional care to our patients. Your day-to-day activities will involve assisting with orthodontic treatments, educating children and their Parents on proper oral hygiene, and ensuring the smooth operation of the travel unit. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients by helping them achieve healthy and beautiful smiles, 2 days a week will be based at the Practice, doing follow-ups and Admin, contacting Parents, and giving them updates, on treatments
