This role plays a pivotal role leading strategic initiatives in talent management and employee development to build high performing workforces. You will work with leadership to identify, develop and retain top talent.
This Senior HR Business Partner role offers Hybrid Working
The responsibilities for the Senior HR Business Partner role include:
Partnering with leadership to understand business objectives and provide proactive HR solutions to meet organizational goals
Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning and organizational development
Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making, provide regular reporting
Lead HR projects, take ownership of HR specific projects.
Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the site
Lead retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommendation actions to mitigate risk
Resolve complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture
Support organisational change initiatives
Work with Senior leadership to facilitate organisational redesigns
Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
Support annual compensation planning
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews and providing development feedback.
With your experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent management coupled with your CIPD qualification, you will find this opportunity challenging and varied as well as rewarding.
