Are you an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor searching for a new opportunity in Durham? An established Architectural firm needs you to join their Durham based team This exciting opportunity offers great benefits, including the chance to work on cool, multi-sector projects, from commercial properties to heritage buildings. This Graduate Building Surveyor role offers:

£30-35,000 based on skills and experience
Support with RICS Building Surveying APC pathway

Free car parkingYour professional duties as a Graduate Building Surveyor involve undertaking building surveys, writing technical reports, and producing drawings with specialist software like AutoCAD and Revit. Your project management duties involve tenure preparations and project scheduling, with the assistance of senior building surveyors.

You will be constantly supported in this Graduate Building Surveying role, with regular training and opportunities to progress. The team are determined to get the best out their employees and will help you to achieve your career goals
