Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and ensuring exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Implementation Service Lead to manage the deployment and integration of our Voyage Digital Care Nourish template across our services on a fixed term contract for 18 Months - this role is hybrid but with travel across the UK including overnight stays three to four times a week.

Responsibilities of the role:

Customer Engagement: Be the primary contact for Operational teams, Implementation Managers, and Service Managers, ensuring a seamless implementation process. 

Data Management: Manage and prepare data for successful implementations. 

Training & Support: Train and coach staff on new processes and systems. 

Project Management: Work according to implementation and project plans, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met. 

Technical Support: Collaborate with IT and Implementation Managers to resolve technical issues. 

Collaboration & Communication: Participate in weekly implementation meetings, identify training needs, and address local challenges. 

Travel & Adaptability: Travel across the UK with some overnight stays and adapt to various demands. 

What we’re looking for:
Essential: 
Full UK Driving Licence 
Experience working with multiple stakeholders 
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) 
Self-directed with excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
Flexible with travel and working hours Desirable: 

Agile Project Management Foundation Certification 
Relevant degree or equivalent work experience 
Knowledge of the social care sector and project management best practices 
Experience in large-scale digital project implementation
