Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £42k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with an industry leading provider of Asbestos management services in the Yorkshire / Midlands region who due to consistent growth and development are now seeking to take on a Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. The successful candidate will hold the relevant qualifications and will be skilled in carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties on longstanding Local Authority, Commercial, Residential and Public Sector client sites. Covering the Yorkshire / Midlands region and the surrounding areas: Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Keighley, Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield, Worksop, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Stoke-on-Trent, Derby, Beeston, Nottingham, Loughborough, Burton upon Trent, Coalville, Melton Mowbray, Corby, Market Harborough.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold industry recognised qualifications. Including BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
" Must have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy working hands on as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
" Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce site specific, detailed reports.
" Excellent communication and time management skills.

Working on Local Authority, Commercial, Residential and Public Sector sites to carry out the full range of surveying and analytical duties, including:

" Management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Conducting 4 stage clearances.
" Leak, background reassurance, and personal air testing.
" Collecting suspected ACM samples on site, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly.
" Working in line with HSG 264 / 248 guidelines.
" Carrying out audits of contractors on site in line with company and client needs.
" Using industry recognised systems to produce detailed reports.
" Liaising with clients providing excellent consultancy advice and support ensuring to represent the company in a professional manner.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed timelines.
