Job Description

McLoughlin Decorating is an award-winning contractor who has worked on some of the most iconic London projects. We have been trading for over 30 years and have a reputation second to none for delivering our projects to meet the needs of our clients. We carry out contracts ranging in value from £10,000 to £4,000,000.

Due to a very busy order book and our planned growth over the coming years we require a Plasterer/Wet Trades operative to join our site team(s) in and around London and the South East and the Home Counties. A company vehicle and fuel card will be supplied.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Working in conjunction with our painting and decorating teams to carryout pre-decoration repairs

You should have experience in the following:
· Skimming
. Rendering
. Bonding
. Working in occupied and empty homes.

Essential Experience:

* Must have a trade background with a minimum of 5 years’ experience

* Must have valid CSCS Card

* Own Tools

* Own vehicle is desirable, element of travel will be subsidised

* Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)

* Experience in the Construction industry

* Must hold a clean current Drivers Licence for minimum of 2 years

McLoughlin have recently secured the following contracts:
- 14 year contract with housing body comprising of 14,000 properties
- 7 year contract with housing body
- 10 year framework with major estate holder in London
