Our client based in Clacton on sea is a leading provider of quality care, committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve. We prioritize compassionate, individualized care, and our team plays an integral role in making a positive impact on residents' lives. We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Female Healthcare Assistant to join our team, with a requirement for a valid driver’s license to assist with transportation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide compassionate care, promoting resident dignity and well-being in Elderly own homes.
* Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
* Support mobility and exercise routines, promoting residents' independence.
* Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
* Transport residents safely to appointments, activities, or other destinations as needed.
* Assist with medication administration following proper training.
* Accurately record care provided and report any changes in residents' health or behavior.
Requirements:
* Full, valid driver’s license and comfort with transporting residents.
* Previous experience in a care setting is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
* Basic understanding of health and safety protocols in a care environment.
