The Role
They are seeking experienced and motivated Mechanical Design Engineers / HVAC Design Engineers to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing mechanical and HVAC systems for a wide range of projects, ensuring optimal efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system sizing to achieve optimal performance.
Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
Support the tendering process by providing technical input and cost estimates.
Ensure designs meet all relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience in HVAC system design within the building services sector.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and industry-specific simulation tools.
Strong understanding of UK building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in Manchester, 5 days a week.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.What they Offer
