Position: Neighbourhood Manager
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term
Hours: Full-Time, 35 Hours per Week
Salary: £34,039 - £39,331 (DOE)
Location: Flexible home working with a requirement for fieldwork within designated patches
Are you an experienced Neighbourhood Manager looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for two dynamic professionals to join our client's team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
The Role
As a Neighbourhood Manager, you will manage a defined patch of properties, delivering exceptional tenancy and estate management services to residents. You’ll take ownership of your patch, ensuring tenants feel supported and their homes and communities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tenancy and estate management, including pre-void inspections and new tenant sign-ups.
* Conduct home visits to address tenancy issues and breaches.
* Manage low-to-medium-level anti-social behaviour cases.
* Perform annual tenancy audits (minimum of 20% of patch properties).
* Investigate potential tenancy fraud or subletting concerns.
* Implement minor environmental improvements using a defined budget.
* Liaise with councils and stakeholders to manage neighbourhood projects.
* Represent the organisation at agency meetings related to community safety and development.
* Handle administrative procedures such as tenant rights, mutual exchanges, and abandoned properties.
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
* Experience in tenancy and estate management.
* A proven ability to manage anti-social behaviour cases and tenancy breaches.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence in managing budgets and authorising payments.
* A collaborative mindset to work with local councils and stakeholders.
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
