Position: Bridging Advisor
Location: Warrington- Office Based
Salary: £35,000 per annum + 6% bonus

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice on bridging loans and other short-term financial solutions.

* Manage a number of hot leads via multiple channels.

* Deliver excellent customer service through in-depth exploration of customer needs and circumstances.

* Offer recommendations best suited to the customers' needs.

* Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while prioritizing the best interests of customers.

Requirements:

* Experienced in working within Bridging finance

* Proven track record of hitting targets in a sales-based advisory role.
