We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Primary School Teacher to join our committed and friendly team in Banbury. Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver High-Quality Lessons: Plan and teach engaging, interactive lessons that inspire and challenge pupils across the primary curriculum, ensuring that the needs of all students are met.

* Classroom Management: Create a positive and well-structured classroom environment that encourages learning, supports student well-being, and promotes positive behaviour.

* Assessment & Progress Tracking: Regularly assess and monitor pupil progress through formal and informal assessments, providing feedback and setting targets for improvement.

* Personalised Learning: Differentiate lessons to cater to a range of abilities and learning styles, ensuring that all children are included and make progress at their own pace.

* Collaboration with Colleagues: Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and other teachers to plan and deliver lessons, share best practices, and maintain a consistent approach to teaching and learning across the school.

* Engage with Parents: Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and involving them in their learning journey.

* Pastoral Support: Support the social and emotional development of pupils, helping them to build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem in a safe and supportive learning environment.

* Continuing Professional Development: Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in education.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, and a degree in a relevant subject.

* Experience Teaching in a Primary School setting, ideally across a range of year groups.

* Strong Knowledge of the Primary Curriculum and current educational initiatives.

* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both students and parents.

* Commitment to Inclusion and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or ability.

* A Passion for Teaching and a dedication to fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

* Strong Classroom Management Skills and the ability to maintain a positive, focused, and collaborative classroom atmosphere.
