My client, based a short walk from London Bridge, are a fast-growing Foreign Exchange company with over 40 years of experience serving clients from all over the world. They are a friendly, ambitious business who strive for success and are looking for an administrator to join their team. In this pivotal role you will quickly become the heart of the team, managing all client communications, telephone messages, email and post that comes in to the office. Other duties will include:
* Manage outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
* Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
* Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
* Draft, format, and print relevant documents
* Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
* Create agendas and take meeting notes
* Communicate with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events
* Maintain accurate records for employee holiday requests
Ideally you will have some previous experience in an office environment, have a good eye for detail and be comfortable on the phone, an integral part of the role is confidently directing clients calls and taking detailed messages for and on behalf of the team. You must be fully IT literate and capable of using creating and updating Excel/Word documents.
This is a fully office based role, 8.45am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, hours could vary to meet business needs.
