Due to expansion I am working on behalf of a Rushden client who is looking for skilled Machine Operators. Once you are fully trained, you will be required to work rotating days/night shifts, 7am - 7pm and then 7pm - 7am

On a daily basis you are likely to be involved in:-

* Setting up and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes.

* Whilst training you will be working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm. Once comfortable you will then be working the rotating shifts as outlined above.

* Operating and monitoring machinery

* Conducting regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

* Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machinery as they arise.

* Collaborating with the production team to meet production targets.

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

What we need from you:-

* Proficiency in machinery setup

* Mechanical knowledge to understand and work with industrial equipment.

* Confident in the use of hand tools for machine adjustments.

* Capability to assemble components accurately and efficiently.

* Join the team as a setter and contribute to our manufacturing operations by utilising your skills in machinery setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
