Architecural Technician required on a permanent basis to join a successful specialist contractor in the North East.

The technician will be responsible the design and coordination deliverables for projects. They will collaborate with client teams, and project teams to determine solutions that meet precise requirements and adhere to strict industry regulations.

You will be responsible for:

* Creating detailed and innovative cleanroom designs, ensuring they meet client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

* Work closely with the project managers, Construction, Commercial and Project Control teams, other stakeholders and external consultants to understand project objectives and provide technical design expertise.

* Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to assess design requirements, space utilisation, and cleanroom performance.

* Utilise Revit software to produce accurate and visually compelling cleanroom designs and drawings.

* Research and recommend appropriate materials, fixtures, and equipment for cleanroom construction, considering performance, safety, and budget.

* Ensure that designs adhere to industry best practices, quality standards, and relevant codes and regulations.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience of using Revit and have several years experience in a technician or technologist role
