Mobile Engineer - West London - Up to £43,000

Are you a Mobile Engineer looking for a new challenge?

Would you like to work for an established Facilities Maintenance provider?

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio in West London has arisen.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile Engineer to work on across West London only looking after a portfolio of sites. The ideal candidate would live in West London to be able to cover the area.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across sites within the portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical & Mechanical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to £43,000 with a Van + Fuel Card provided for travelling in between jobs, overtime and training + development.

This role would also require a clean DBS check.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

PPM's and Reactive works
Carrying out maintenance on AHU's and FCU's
Emergency light testing
Changing ballasts
Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
Updating site log books
Provide further works reports where required
Completing all works to a high standard
Only covering sites within West London Benefits & Package:

Salary - Up to £43,000 + Van & Fuel Card
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Up to 5% Bonus

Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical
18th edition if Electrical
IPAF / Pasma would be desirable
